Who we are looking for?
Information Technology Architects and Engineers who have recently graduated and want to develop their professional careers in cyber security, specifically in the IAM space. Both, Forrester and Gartner, have identified the lack of qualified resources as the biggest barrier to growth for the Identity Access Management industry.
NetBR is uniquely positioned to help self-starters develop the experience they need to enter this high paying and fast-growing job market.
At NetBR you will work with international teams on critical projects that solve some of the most challenging problems that companies are facing. You will develop the professional skills necessary to consider pursuing your career objectives across Brasil, Latin America and the United States.
What are Required Qualifications?
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems or related area of study;
English Fluency
Strong knowledge, written and verbal fluency.
Mid-level coding or scripting experience in a commonly used language (Java, C#, Javascript, etc)
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology or concepts quickly
Must be able to travel in Brazil, Latin America and EUA.

Top National Universities in Brazil.
Basic experience working with commonly used enterprise technologies: Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, RDBMS (SQL), and SaaS applications.
Knowledge of Cyber Security Technologies.
Some customer engagement experience.
Demonstrated outstanding team ability, independent work and organizational skills.
Any IAM experience.
Don’t have IAM experience? Don’t worry, we will train you!
You will have training and access to all resources during initial months of hiring, using our own methodology, aligned with best IAM consulting companies in USA.
You will work with more experienced engineers, to have training and mentoring in the practice.
You will be engaged with our customers shadowing practices in Brazil, Latin America and USA.
You will be part of initial shadowing services with consourtium formed by Netbr and large IAM consultant services companies in USA.
After our capacitation program you be able to…
Translate the technical specifications document into implementation and customizations specific to IAM environments and platforms.
Perform project tasks as directed by the Service Manager and/or the senior technical resource to deploy the technology solutions in accordance with IAM Services Methodology
Proficiency to implement a Sailpoint technologies
Work with vendors product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues as required
Aid in the writing of standard configuration documentation
Provide knowledge transfer and post-production support activities as necessary
Develop and execute technical test cases and test plans for IAM Products.
